1) Start eating fruit - rather than just buying it and leaving it in the cupboard indefinitely to go squishy
2) Hoover at least once a week and do more than my share of the cleaning (rather than less)
3) Spend more time outside my flat on my days off, doing nice outdoorsy things instead of sitting around in my dressing gown watching endless reruns of Top Gear.
4) Stop watching endless reruns of Top Gear (important enough that I felt it should be mentioned twice)
5) Reply to all emails/text messages immediately rather than leaving it for later and then forgetting about it
6) Complete at least one job a week from my "to do" elephant*
*It's a "to do" list and it's written on an elephant.
